On 29 April, we gathered our 14-partner consortium to share the vision behind TexMat—a transformative deposit-return system designed to redefine textile circularity in Europe. This session moves beyond the “what” and dives deep into the “how,” detailing the specific roles each partner plays in bringing this solution to life.

The recording concludes with a rigorous 30-minute discussion sparked by our audience and the LinkedIn community. We addressed the hard questions: the economic viability of long-term reuse, the underlying business model, and the strategic choice to launch our first pilots in Finland and Spain.
