The TexMat project is looking for input from brands, producer responsibility organisations (PROs), textile collectors and sorters, recyclers, technology providers and public administrations to help shape a reward-for-reuse system for post-consumer textiles in Europe.
Our Business Model Blueprint, co-created within the TexMat consortium together with reuse and resale operators, now needs to be stress-tested with a broader range of perspectives from across the textile value chain.
We invite stakeholders to take part in a Delphi study conducted by Universidade da Coruña. The survey takes approximately 15–20 minutes, and responses are analysed anonymously and in aggregate.
The results will directly inform the next stages of the project, including a Madrid Workshop with selected key stakeholders, upcoming consumer studies, and the final Crystallization Workshop in early 2027, led by the University of Vaasa.

Your experience can help us build a solution that works across the textile value chain.
